Nice kitchen space, well stocked for cooking with a nice space to chill out in. Location was great, just off the main street which had lots of bars and restaurants, and not far to get to anywhere within the city. Staff were friendly and helpful despite our very limited Spanish. We didn't have a single good nights sleep. We had a twin room, which had a bunk bed. The bed was too small for us (our feet touched the ends). It also wasn't the comfiest and was very creaky. Most of the rooms face into the central atrium and the noise ecos. There doesn't seem to be any quiet hours as we were woken up every night by people coming in late and talking, and the receptionist didn't seem to tell them to be quiet. The Colombia game was on one night and we understood it being noisy that night, but every night was ridiculous.

There's a long-term guest on the top floor that gets high and plays music really loud. Also, and very horribly, he kept calling me and another black man the n-word over and over whenever he'd see us. I mentioned it to the staff and they said "he doesn't mean in a negative way."

The noisy people in the shared bedroom late at night. Someone even had loud phone calls in their bed at 3 am.

The staff is super helpful and kind. Great value for the money.

Staff was excelente. Very friendly. Welcoming. Helpful. Funny. Comfortable dorm beds with privacy curtains. Big kitchen with plenty of room for multiple people to cook. Great terrace to hangout on and smoke. Friendly travels staying here give the place good vibes. The plants and art work are amazing. Near everything you want and need. Walking distance to everything. Muy tranquilo but you will hear the noise from the streets at times. It's Medellín.

Very nice room.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The hostel is sooo loud. Not because of people in the hostel, but the street and bars close by. The music is loud and doesn't stop until 4am, then the hostel starts building at 8. So no chance for sleeping

Clean, comfortable beds and linens. Wifi not so great for working online

Very cozy and comfortable Bed bugs bit me the whole night
-
The place is very cozy, the kitchen is ok, free coffee. Not great for working during the night since there is not really a place where you can take calls without bothering other people. There are bed bugs, so hygiene is not the best. I was bitten during the night, and saw one crawling in the morning.

Good location Really loud

The location was good for what we wanted to do/ see and for transport connections. The room was small, the bathroom door didn’t shut but the biggest thing was the noise. Staff would be loudly talking 2/3am along with other people as our room was right be reception. It kept us up most the nights and made it very difficult to sleep despite the quiet hours.

The last day a girl in reception that did not see before told me to wait to review the room while the check out So weird it was the first time it happened to me but i felt uncomfortable.

Staff Nothing was bad

Great location and very nice staff. Facilities are simple but good. There is no spa, even though booking.com mentions it under facilities. Also, our toilet was broken the entire stay, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice staff central lication Bunk beds in dormitory where wobbly and mived everytime someone moved in their bed. People cam in the dorm room at 12. 2 am and 4 am and made lots of noise and talked repeatedly even when asked to be quite. They turn off the ac at night and thenriom gets very hot. Poor ventilation so in the morning the room smells like a big fart and no fresh air. Their cancellation policy is fake. You can cancel but they wont return your money. Got stuck here. Unless you sleep easily without waking up and want a party dorm dont book here. Worst stay of ny trip

Good location, 10 minutes away from the Estadio underground station. Friendly and communicative staff. They were a bit flexible with the check in time and let me take the room a bit earlier than agreed. There was no hot water at all. There's an extra fee if you want to pay by card. It was a bit expensive considering that there was no hot water, and that the room had a single room.
