The wifi connection was horrible kept logging off and the air conditioner didn’t work. when I called the desk they told me that it will get cold with time and it never did all day on and it didn’t get cold

Location in the heart of Laureles was very good. Staff was also very pleasant and the facilities were very clean. thankful to the bell hop who was kind enough to find me a hair dryer. A very nice young man who is eager to serve his customers in the best way possible. There’s also an excellent cafe across the road that has coffee and pastries. breakfast was limited but the coffee was excellent

Breakfast was excellent, including the gentleman who was our waiter every morning - very attentive and pleasant. The staff were always very helpful, especially Paula and Alejandro. We had a small issue with our key access, which the staff fixed by changing our rooms when asked. Rooms were always clean and neat, we enjoyed this place very much. The location is in a very residential, quiet area. We were fine with it - we actually preferred the fact that we were not in the heart of the touristy area. However, it does mean either a 20-minute walk to the Metro, or a 10-15 minute taxi ride to most popular areas. We really didn't mind it at all and still found it very affordable despite the taxi rides. The area feels very safe and we never had any issues getting taxis or walking to the Metro station.
