Great location, friendly staff It was fine

The bed had bedbugs, I suffered a lot of bits.

booking.com said there is parking, but it is only 2 spots on the sidewalk and they didn’t have the rooms we reserved and we ended up with one less bed than expected.

The staff. All of them were friendly Bed too hard, motel type. WiFi went out two days that I needed to work. Have to find a friend house to work.

"It's very cozy and centrally located, with very nice staff who gave us a warm welcome and were always ready to help."

Its location was amazing, very central and close to restaurants. We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the first impression left much to be desired. When we arrived, our room clearly had not been properly cleaned: • The beds had hair, • The pillows and towels had visible stains and makeup, • The floor hadn’t been swept, and • The bathroom still had garbage in the can. We brought this to the staff’s attention, and they did respond by changing the sheets and pillow covers and emptying the trash. Still, that initial impression lingered and affected the rest of our stay. We had booked the room for five people, though one guest was arriving the next day. When we informed the front desk, the receptionist responded with a sarcastic comment: “Remember, visitors have to pay an extra fee.” It felt accusatory rather than inquisitive, even though our guest was part of the original reservation. A more respectful and welcoming tone would’ve made a big difference. Additionally, the parking situation was frustrating. While we were able to park outside the first day, we used the garage on the second night only to find our car blocked by another vehicle. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get it moved. The garage is very small and poorly managed. In fairness, the price was reasonable, and the hotel does have great potential with a bit more attention to cleanliness, hospitality, and logistics. But sadly, our overall experience left us with a sour taste.

It is a great value for the price. Hot water, A/C and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend and would stay there again. The staff was very friendly. I know the area well and you can walk to everything you might need. No complaints. It is a simple but clean hotel in a great area.

I had a very bad experience at Laureles Park Hotel. The location is good, but the hotel is very old and badly maintained

Loved the staff's attention, Karina was incredibly kind with us!

The property was in an amazing location, staff were very helpful, breakfast was delicious. We booked 2 rooms for 2 seperate couples for 3 nights. We were only supplied 3 towels in total and one single blanket. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a rock and sheets had lots of holes. Walls were sound proof but noise coming from the hallway and outside was a bit much. ot hot water for the last 24 hours.

Still in construction , lots of dust ! Near by club music won’t let you sleep at all !! Very tiny room and hallway

We very rarely write negative reviews, but nothing good can be said about this place. 1. we got a room with two beds, one of which was full of other people's hair. The other had stained sheets and bedding. It was clear that the staff had not changed the bedding after previous guests. 2. noise making it completely impossible to sleep. The first night at 2. The second night at 5 a.m., when (most likely drunk - or just very loud) girls screamed in the corridor near the reception without any reaction from the hotel staff. Or they belonged to the staff. 3. breakfast should be served from 7 o'clock, at 7:10 we were told that the staff needed another 15-20 minutes to prepare... Unfortunately, due to the laziness of the staff, we didn't get a chance to eat breakfast before our morning flight from Medellin. We do not know why this hotel has so many positive reviews, in our o while it does not deserve even one.

Hot water in shower Asked for a power adaptor and they didn't have one. Breakfast was very poor, but seems to be the standard around here. I'd easily take three such portions to consider myself satiated. Also, blant and lacking any substantial flavour. Bathroom configuration is just too uncomfortable to move around. Only one towel provided, no face towel. Only one bedsheet provided which had holes on it. Same with the blanket. Very noisy guests in next door. Sound insulation is non existent. No windows, no natural light, like a prison cell at best
