Hotel Loma Verde

Great hotel for large famelies and the service of the staff was exceptional. They use whatsapp to communicate with the guest, that was very convenient. Even when you are on the road you need or forgot something you can still contact them. One night it was raining we sent the licence plate of our Uber so they can open the gate for us. This is next level of service! I would for sure stay again at this apparthotel. They provide 30 min superficial cleaning, which consist of towel change and arranging you bed. We needed to aks for extra towel to keep our bedroom and kitchen clean.

Best choice when traveling with kids on long trips. The service of the staff was exceprional. They use whatss app to communicate with the guests. You can aks for anything they will go the extra mile to assist you, even if they do not have it on premises they try to order it for you.This was one of the best guest service experience I have had compare to other hotels on my so many traveling trips. We had a two bedroom appartment, staying 10 days and traveling with 2 young kids. We used our kitchen to cook during our vacation, this was very convenient to save some money on restaurants. The kids enjoyed the amenities from the swimming pool to the playhouse in the garden. If I am traveling to Colombia again I would not go anywere I would stay at this apparthotel againg without any doubt. At check-in our beds had hair on the sheets that was not nice. So I would recommend better deep cleaning service for guests that are checking in. Daily they do only linnen change, so we needed to ask for extra cleaning towel to keep the bedrooms and the kitchen clean.

Our two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The rooftop pool was a nice addition. All employees were very helpful. There's a lot of noise in the rooms that face the road. A larger vending machine that has more than drinks and takes cards would be a great upgrade. The one they have only accepts Colombian Pesos

Great modern apartment and the swimming pool, sauna and steam room were a great addition It’s a good 15 minute walk into the city. On the way back it’s predominately uphill

Apartment was a nice size and building was well maintained Apartment could have been cleaner at check-in. Seemed like the cleaning job was superficial. There was no laundry soap or coffee in apartment upon check-in but was supplied when I contacted staff.

Beautiful and quiet apartment. Close to bars and restaurants, yet somewhat secluded, peaceful, and quiet. The staff is amazing.

Bed was slightly too hard for my tastes and the shower temperature vacillated a lot but it was not a big deal.

The cleaning fee was littel expensive for a night they charge COL 105000 and we didn't use at all..

This is an absolute gem in Medellin! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood among the trees but easy walk to cafes, two markets, and only a downhill stroll to Provenza and all it has to offer. I stayed for three nights and used the excellent open air gym, the fully stocked apartment with a balcony/king bed, and watched sunset from the rooftop pool every everything before heading out. The front desk helped with any small detail, with 24 hour security. I will always stay here if I return and saw single people, couples, and families all traveling. Ubers are easy and cheap to take everywhere as well. Nothing.

If you want to stay close to the bustling area without being right in the middle of it, Loma Verde is for you.

Stroll down the hill to zona rosa in 10 minutes. Have a good time. Then take uber back up the hill to your apartment for a small fee. Nothing

Construction was going on in the area and it was loud and went on aftet 6pm some nights.

Loved how spacious the rooms were and the location as well.

The location is close to many restaurants but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The reception and facilities staff are courteous and responsive to any of your needs. I’ve been here a few times and would surely come back.
