Staff was very friendly and attentive. I rented two rooms. In one of them, the musty smell was too much, so the staff helped us and changed us. In the new room, there was no hot water. Other than that, doors were in bad state. Price was too high.

The room has no window so we can not stay in the room, the breakfast is poor and there was a lot of noise all the time and also in the night time.

Good location. Good breakfast with coffee. And bonus, free coffee in reception. Receptionist searched my passport and asked when I entered Colombia. / It's none of her business/! Then forced me to pay cash!!! I was left with no money and had to go to bank and pay to withdraw cash! After asking for my receipt, she told me I won't get any. No night lamp in room, you have to go out of bed to shut the light off. Not a one hanger for your clothes. And if you like to chase cockroaches, it's your place. I killed 2 in the night and 3 during the day! But about 1/2 inch big. Waste of my money!!!

Beds are not comfortable, breakfast is very basic

Location. The hotel room was full of cocuroches, and I mentioned twice but no reaction or getting any help regarding that. The bathroom full of mold and sheets had stains. Horrible.

I liked the staff because they help us promptly for any requirement. the room was very dark and there was so many insects like crocraichs.

Location, facilities clean. The service was poor and wasn't kind enough. They don't receive another payment method only cash and don't inform that before.

Even though I don't speak Spanish and the staff doesn't speak English, they still did their very best to make everything a great experience. It actually became a little game with the translation apps lol. To be honest, I can't think of anything that was unpleasant.

Very good place to rest & recover. You have a very good location with enough places nearby but no loud activities in the street. Not very special interior but simple and clean. The shower needs a bit of maintenance, as the water goes everywhere. Also applies to the ventilator which is stuck in one angle instead of it moving around... But these points didn't bother me at all.
