The location was amazing. The staff is very friendly and Diego is as good as it gets making guests feel welcome. Breakfast should have more variety of food.

Price was good, great location. To stores restaurants and metro. AC worked great. Dilan, was extremely friendly and helped us in booking a tour. Diego assisted in getting us a taxi to the aiport which was late at night when we booked it. The noise at 4 or 5 am. The sink was leaking. Pillows could be more comfortable. No black out curtains so it's very bright in there.

Good neighborhood. Many restaurants etc. Good breakfast although the same every day. Excellent staff, always someone at reception. Good value. A bit far from downtown. Need to take a few metro trains. No blackout curtains. Fine if you are up early.

It was missing one of the sink knobs, the information about check in was incorrect, it is after 0200 pm, in addition, there was no elevator.

They have a very good staff The place is under renovation, and there was a lot of noise at times. They turned off the water and we weren't informed. The hotel ran out of shampoo, and I had to wait two days.

The service of the staff.Always ready to help. The location was awesome. Just a few steps and you are on the main street with lots to see and do.

the property location perfect close by lot of restaurants, ATM, supermarket I was not informed about little bit of construction and that one blanket was with a little bit of make up and I was charge not Professional not sure if it was from me I was informed the day of check out.

We did like: that one staff member could at least understand and speak english; he was a very reliable source for us. We did like: the area of where the hotel is located with pubs, groceries & pharmacies on walking distance. We didn't like: that breakfast was the same every day inclusive fruit choice. We didn't like: that we couldn't store cool items, because there was no refrigerator in the room and no racks to hang towels.

The location is in a nice area, in a quiet street, and next to streets with some bars and restaurants. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was OK.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Dilan Montoya, the front desk clerk, welcomed us and made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, Dilan was very attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel could not be better. There are restaurants of all kinds, pharmacies, supermarkets, all within walking distance. Next time, I will book at this hotel again.

The neighborhood is noisy, and there was construction happening all throughout the night.

Bed hard mattress. The smell of mold in the room.

Breakfast is the same every day. For 3 days, it is totally fine, but when you stay for a week, it gets old.

Nice size bedroom. A/C. Private bathroom. If you want to party, this is the place to be. Lots of bar and clubs around, they play music until 4am. I couldn’t sleep very well because it’s quite noisy at night.
