Was the room 101 I didn't like the fact I was close to the noise of the street and people talking. It was the last minute check in.

Breakfast was included but you’d have to go to another property to claim your breakfast

Stafff, hursts and facilities were excellent! I was harassed by bedbugs. I can send photos of my legs and back. It was atrocious & I highly suggest you treat the infestation

The breakfast is fine. The only good thing I found about this place was its location, but at the same time, it’s a problem if they don’t invest in noise cancellation for the street parties—so there’s really nothing good about it. It’s impossible to sleep here. The rooms have no windows, only a small vent facing the hallway, which is a major issue because (as happened all night) if someone walks by at 10, 11, 12, or any time in the morning, you’ll hear everything echoing as if they were speaking directly into your ear. If someone is at the reception—like yesterday, when a very rude lady was watching TikTok and videos—you’ll hear it as if you were wearing headphones. The humidity in this place is unbearable. We couldn’t sleep all night. They charge way too much just to stay in a room that feels like it’s only separated from the noise by cardboard. It’s a nightmare if you actually want to sleep. The room feels enclosed, yet all we expected was silence. The receptionist doesn’t even bother asking guests to keep their voices down while heading to their rooms. In short, if you want to sleep, don’t stay at this place.

WiFi was not working at all during the whole stay. It probably was because of the room location. If you want a good WiFi connection, don't take the rooms at the end of the hallway.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable beds, great showers and there is nice room cleaning services daily. Also the included breakfast was delicious. Only issue we had is that the WiFi is weak in some areas of the hotel. But unfortunately in our specific room which was on the last floor and the furthest away in the corner we had no connection at all.

The TV was old and useless. You would expect a modern Smart TV in the room for this price.

Place was clean To up to second floor is tough. No elevator. The location is noisy at night. Bars... loud music until midnight to 1 or 2 am

Clean rooms, housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room. Good breakfast options. My room door was in front of the receptionist desk, noisy at time, guest in/out, hotel employees loud. My room window had outdoor loud noise from incoming motorcycles, trucks.

We really liked the location. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. It is a really nice and safe neighborhood.

The location, very central and we felt that it was a safe neighbourhood Because our room was near the entrance, we heard lots of noise during the night and early morning coming from the street and the staff at the entrance.

The value for money is exceptional. The area/location (Laureles-Estadio) is extremely convenient since you have everything at walking distance: plenty of bars and restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets and supermarkets parks, and the transportation is really good around that area, too. Highly recommended. The hotel staff is amazing, kind, friendly. Thank you. The rooms are well equipped with what you might need. The room is hot. However, there is a fan to cope with the situation. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR if you are given a room on the 3rd floor. Only staircase, wide enough, but only staircase to go up.

Near restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bakeries and a supermarket about 15 minutes away The loud lady on the first floor watching tv and her dogs. Also this is an old converted house with no windows to the outside. Should be a residence and not a hotel
