Er zat schimmel op de muren in de kamer (veel), geen raam in de kamer waardoor het in de avond en douche heel erg benauwd werd en alles heel vochtig werd, ontbijt is niet voorzien op grote groepen aangezien je steeds minder eten krijgt hoe later je komt ontbijten

The breakfast and service

Too much Reggaeton from 2 t 10 pm non stop .. a sense a variety is necessary for a better cultural experience. For example Cumbia Salsa Son Bolero ,Drum n bass hip hop ,house ,jungle electro , world music... There is so much more to entertain travelers with.

I grew with the staff. They’re very humble and kind. Very nice people. We got to know each other, and it was very difficult to leave. I felt like I grew with them as a family. Even the housekeeper know me. I was there for a long time very clean the room was very nice. They clean every day and they ask you if you need housekeeping every day the breakfast was great and they keep the pool clean in a very nice safe neighborhood. I miss everybody there and when I come back, I’m coming back to the same hotel.

We loved our stay here while visiting Medellin. The dorm rooms were spacious and clean, and each bed has its own individual fan even with the air conditioning in the room, which was a nice feature. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good and convenient as well. We were visiting more of the cultural sights of Medellin, not so much the nightlife, so the location was farther for what we had planned and we took taxis and Uber around a lot, as the public transport options were not always feasible.

Pool The bar was selling the same drink under different names made incorrectly each day.

I think the atmosphere could be a bit better, maybe do some activities to get to know other travelers

Location and size of the room

Breakfast was much better then my other hotels on my trip. They give you 2 pillows plush 2 decorative pillows. 4 pillow is a HUGE deal to me.. Can't stand hotels and hostels that give you 1 pillow. Sheets were good quality and bed was comfortable for my bad back. I also like they give you a comforter/blanket while most just give you a Sheet to cover up with. Stayed in a 6 bed hostel room with shared bath. Everyone was cool backpacker types. No one sketchy. Music around the bar and pool all day but they shut it down at 10pm so everyone can sleep.. WiFi worked sometimes in my bed but worked good just outside the room.. They also have a "coWorking Space with outlets bean bag chairs and a TV with video games. Pool is nice even though only saw 1 person in it. (Rainy and 60 degrees during my stay) Location is not right in the action but just a 10-15 minute walk and there is a great Colombia restaurant 100 ft away and a decent size grocery store right next door. Value for the money is 10/10. I will also day I don't like staying in bunkbed hostels due to noise and privacy issues with those in the room. This are almost capsules with solid wood and the top, bottom and 3 of the 4 sides and a curtain on the front. They have nice large lockers but don't provide locks. Everyone at the front desk Spoke English (4 of 4 people) Oh.. The shower has hot water!!! My only stay in Columbia with hot water in the shower!. Clean Community shared kitchen. I'm upping my rating to 10.. (based on a hostel rating) . Did I say the breakfast was the best out of my 6 hotels I stayed during this trip? Not great but definitely good! (seems everyone in Colombia makes their scrabbled eggs super dry) Why?? Could Use better Wifi Coverage reaching all rooms and beds.. Refrigerator in the kitchen was full the whole stay.. Need a 2nd refrigerator or a larger one.

my only issue was that on booking.com it wasnt clear that the shuttle from the airport offered was an additional charge. it was around the same price as uber would be but when listed with amenities at property it

This is the best hostel that I have ever been too. The staff is amazing and has great energy. Breakfast to start your day along with good vibes. Clean to make you comfortable. Kitchen to make your own meals. Pool and bar to enjoy and air conditioning beat the Medellin heat.. I tried to leave but kept rebooking because everything was comfortable

It's eh - I got the single room which was not great value, rather expensive, hotel prices, but the bathroom was messy (open shower area makes the whole floor wet), low water pressure on the shower, breakfast was okay - just a plate with eggs, some fruit and bread - and the building ran out of water for one night while I was there. I feel like I could've stayed someplace nicer for the same price

Cool pool and good breakfast. Our room was quite spacious. Not many restaurants are close by and our room was very humid.

Not much - it was run down and did not look like the photos Room was run down, furniture needs replacing. Pool was never open early enough to swim before going out for the day. Neighborhood was very deserted at night - it’s about a 15 minute walk to the fun area of Poblado
