The room was perfect for our stay. Spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very professional and helpful. Not related to the room experience - the Italian restaurant was average. Service was off. We waited over an hour for our order - pizza and pasta. The view was excellent.

Nice small hotel. Clean. Tiny room. Breakfast included but there was nothing gluten free or dairy free so at the end no real breakfast at all. Having some dry oats next to cereals and/ or a Gf cracker isn’t so hard.

Great breakfast on Outdoor patio surrounded by nature. Espresso extra charge. Nice rooftop pool w view but pretty small for the property. Impossible to safely walk anywhere from the hotel, requiring Ubers. Area is very hilly and sidewalks sketchy. Good amount of road noise, even on upper floor, as bikes and trucks strained to climb hills around us.

The location and the Restaurant staff The parking for motorcycles is open. I mean without a roof to protect them from the rain

room service was really fast. Maybe the restaurant can have more kid friendly options, specially considering some kids are not used to Colombian food. Chicken nuggets or pasta alfredo are always a win with them. Kids don't need complicated dished.

Good location and security. Breakfast was tasty and varied throughout our stay. Hotel was well designed and had nice decor. Has a rooftop jacuzzi. Wifi worked fine. Limited parking spots (only about 4-5).

Everything the room was amazing and breakfast also. The staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location is peaceful and relaxing definitely coming back.
