My Place Hotel-Medford OR

Well, if you are frequent traveler and plan on spending substantial money on their establishment, like I did with choice at 160 nights a year for 11 years I would highly recommend that you go to choice. I would even recommend Motel 6 and Travel Lodge long before I suggest you get horrible service from check in to check out. I guess the place might be appalling to the bed bugs.

When we went to our room after check in there was a gentleman in our room claiming to be head of housekeeping. He had no uniform or name tag like the rest of the employees. When we went down stairs to ask staff at the front desk. He wouldn’t look us in the eyes and he wouldn’t respond except for sorry.

Easy parking, nice staff.

Actually really clean for the price. It’s definitely not anything fancy but it was ok for what we needed. Front desk staff appearance was a little off putting as some of the receptionists didn’t appear to be well groomed and had an odor. There is zero kitchen equipment which was a downer but wal mart has inexpensive pans/spatulas. Just know that for your trip. Overall it was a good experience.

They had a little store, food items downstairs in the lobby that you could purchase so you didn't have to go to town to eat. Overall, the motel was very quiet and it was a pleasure to stay there.

We had a great last minute stay here. The staff were all super nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Would definitely stay at a My Place again.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Recliner was very comfortable. We stayed for 1 night and definitely slept well. We didn't get to use the kitchen because of our short stay. All around a great experience and be back again.

The staff went above and beyond, the room had a lot of great amenities and was clean.

Whenever we stay overnight in Medford traveling between the Bay Area and Portland we stay at this hotel. It is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Also, they can accommodate our cat(s). The staff is helpful and friendly.

Rooms were in good shape. Hallway carpet left a bit to be desired. There are kitchens but you have to bring all your own stuff to use in the kitchen. In the end, good hotel for the price

Queen bad rooms with recliner advertised as “sleeps 3” however you cant really sleep in the recliner. I called hotel before booking and asked about that exact situation because we had party of 5 and 2 kids 6 and 9. I booked 2 rooms so that kids can sleep on the recliners but that wasn’t a good option. I think stuff could have been more explicit on the offering. I don’t think you can really comfortably sleep 3 in this rooms. Orbitz should also do a better job to not allow to book this kind of rooms for 3 occupancy. Stuff was not really accommodating in my opinion and the fact that i called them and they confirmed that room can accommodate 3 comfortably is kind of false advertising.
