Close to everything Modern and clean

We needed somewhere in the CBD that was centrally located and this fit the bill. The prices of previous hotels we've stayed at in the past few years, have skyrocketed so I was very happy with the room/price ration. The hotel is relatively new so all surfaces are modern and clean although the lighting was a bit dim. Bed comfortable, shower pressure good. Quiet at night. Close to the laneways neading towards Flinders St Station so plenty of dining and drinking options. Wifi wasn't great. In fact, it was pretty poor. Luckily we're Aussies with unilimited data plans but it could pose a problem for international visitors. There's absolutley no excuse for an international chain like IHG having decent wifi in all of its rooms.

Both breakfast and location were wonderful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and the menu changed almost daily. The service was warm and friendly. The hotel is in the best location.; a block or two from the visitor center and free tram. Restaurants were near by and often in the elegant historic arcades.

The cleanliness of the room is top notch. The design of the hotel is very modern and welcoming. The room is in decent size, comfortable bed + pillows, and the shower's water pressure is acceptable. I like the shampoo and body wash provided. The breakfast selection was great. The location is ideal to access to restaurants and train. Overall it was a perfect stay for my business. The shower's water pressure could be slightly stronger for more comfort. But it wasn't that bad overall. Other than this, everything was perfect.

The hotel staff were amazing, and responsive, the rooms were clean & the hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, and pretty much walking distance to so many places The only negative might be room size, but still is a great hotel :)

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single member of staff that I interacted with was so helpful, kind, and just totally lovely. They made it a very cheerful hotel to stay at.
