The location was excellent, right in the middle of the city with a tram stop literally in front of the hotel. The room is nice, spacious, and very comfortable.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is safe and close to everything. There's not much I don't like! But it would be great to have an idea of when your room is being cleaned, because I was working in my room and it was difficult to work around cleaners.

Older travellers do not like using QR code to get info on room service etc. Went to desk to book at Blossoms indoor dining and when we went up on Thursday evening the "greeter" insisted we had booked to sit outside. Then told me it was impossible that we booked at Reception. ????? She made a big fuss about moving us indoors at 6.00pm but there were 18 vacant seats indoors right through until we left.

Fake ratings of 5 star hotel. Room was not prepared correctly. Toiletries items were missing. Reception was handled by two people who were slow to respond.

Just loved the place stayed before but this time three of us 2 good size very comfortable beds close to main hub shopping. Went to MCG so had a little distance to go. We usually stay at Pullman on the Park but cost to large this time you have Foxtel they don't loved the water availability Plan Water Sparkling etc much better value than Pulman on the park. Nothing really love the Valet Parking very convenient.
