Breakfast was good. Location, facilities, no house keeping for 3 days. Only one lift operating and other one is still going to take 6 weeks. No fire escape plans attached to back of door. Noisy air conditioning. Having to have dinner at the Pullman roof top bar which was too small for the guests wanting to book dinner.

Great location super close to so much stuff. Easy check in and check out Room seemed a little unkept maintenance wise. Missing skirting board immediately noticed on entry which just wasn’t a great starting point. One of the elevators was also not working for majority of the stay which resulted in long waits or using the stairs. Lighting in the room was also very moody and dark, hard to see anything in suitcase

The location is perfect. The property/rooms are outdated and worn. Thick dusty bathroom and air conditioning vent. The hair dryer and kettle are old and rusty. Despite all that i still appreciated that we had things like that to use but the biggest concern for me is how extremely noisy it is from 6:30am onwards.. for the duration of the 4 nights, i did not get any restful sleep because the cleaners are so loud. It’s frustrating how much noise they make just cleaning.. i get that it has to be done but before 8am, that’s crazy loud! The sound of banging doors, slamming and all sorts. I stayed here in the previous year and it was loud like that too but i only stayed 2 nights and didn’t think much of it.

Excellent location, lovely staff, room had all the essentials, quiet building, staff held bags after check-out for an afternoon flight Room wasn’t cleaned in the 4 days we stayed, elevator had maintenance and was unavailable

The hotel's location is good, right in the middle of the city center. I arrived on Census Night and was a bit confused, but the front desk assisted me with ease. Special thanks to Yunita for the wonderful service! None.
