Excellent location with good communication pre stay and a new feel. There were treats in the room and the bathroom products were great. The location is the real winner here as it right next to the mall and is surrounded by good food options. The shower was broken and housekeeping missed our room (but came back when I called).

Thank you for my beautiful room. I like a bed that’s a tiny bit softer but everything is perfect and that’s just subjective.

We had a fantastic staycation at Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins. The room was comfortable, clean & well presented, making it a great place to relax after a day out exploring the city. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained throughout. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Melbourne CBD, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring everything the city has to offer. We could easily walk to plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions. Overall a great hotel with a fantastic location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We’d happily stay here again! N/A
