The location was great! Walking distance to shopping and great food options. Dinner across the road was great. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was old and lumpy. The fudge had not been wiped down, also had last persons open drinks left inside. Dishwasher had items inside. Heater didn’t work.. it is meddle winter. We were freezing. Advertisement said - Continental breakfast… was cereal. Pause $35 for parking. Parking lot was filled with rubbish on all four walls. Broken furniture and boxes.

Central location Breakfast was just a push button coffee machine and some knock off brand cereal and toast. If you’re going to advertise as ‘breakfast included’ specify what type or people won’t bother. It’s not a hostel

Staff were great in organising a late check in for me. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I pulled out an extra duvet from the cupboard and it had blood stains on it and no cover which icky. I booked for breakfast included. It was very basic and no milk alternatives available which meant I could eat sliced white toast. A bit disappointing.

Good service . Unclear instructions regarding wi-fi, (poor handwriting, no instructions re use of air conditioner, mislabeling of bathroom water outlets, difficulty filling water in electric jug as it would not fit under tap, cables hanging loose under TV, room too cool at night despite raising temperature of A/C.

Great location, especially if you're traveling from South Cross Station. Rooms are a little bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

Location is great Checking in with a car. No dedicated spot out the front. Had to keep driving around the block
-

The location to Southern Cross Station Very basic and no cups, saucers or mugs for tea or coffee

Was a great location, easy to walk to everything, double bedroom apartment was comfortable, room was quiet. The reading nook in the foyer was cute and comfy. They need to check on the consumables when cleaning the apartment. (Tea, hand soap, etc)
