Accommodation was lovely, location was perfect I was NOT expecting the attitude from the reception staff who spoke down to me and seemed to forget her role in hospitality

The room was fine, nice bed, clean linen. The bathroom was quite dated and in need of some upkeep.

Price and location Hot water didn’t work in the bathroom tap, pillows were terrible (had to ask for more and they could only give us 3 when we requested 4), cupboard door hinge very loose, only got one room key when they knew 4 people were staying,

Location was ideal in the city for meetings and easy access to eating places and public transport. Was satisfied with the accommadation, staff and facilities.

The shopping centre is close, so it's convenient. The heater's making rattling noise when running.

The location is perfect if you want to be close to the theatres and, of course, Chinatown. It is also walking distance from the open park areas. I really liked the helpful staff. My room had a small balcony that overlooked Lonsdale Street. On a warm summer era night it would be nice to sit and watch the world below go by. My favourite thing facility was the large spa bath in my room - perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen facilities wre also handy. All very clean and tidy. Nothing of note.
