Honestly I didn’t really use the service as much as I should or could have. I didn’t spend much time at Crowne. I booked as a backup thing for safety but due to my own disabilities I was not able to use the hotel for sleeping as the pillowed were too soft and not supporting my head which caused pain. Not your fault. But the staff were so nice professional and friendly and even my encounters with the guests were pleasant. The hotel was very clean. I asked for help with bags due to my disability and was never treated with anything but support. Love it will consider in the future. The pillows were too soft and not supportive for sleep.
