Location Was accused of breaking tv when it didn’t turn on when I checked into room . It was already not working and then trying to charge me $600 when I did the right thing and callled housekeeping. My daughter is a witness so I will never use your hotel again as I’m an honest person and was bullied about this . You may need to check the staff

Good location, close to many shops, Queen Victoria Markets, and tram line. Walking distance to CBD, department stores and food options. Reasonable price when on special. Having a small kitchenette was convenient eventhough mostly eating out. Nice size room. Quick check in and check out. The bed mattress was rather old and very used. There was a big sink in the middle of bed, visible even when no one is on it. It does effect the quality of sleep considering its the most important function of the room. Although the hotel is modern, it is showing its age, bathroom could do with regrouting. Scruff marks and damage to furniture, walls etc. TV was old, remote wasn't responsive. Soundproofing between rooms is not the best. Can get woken by the noise of people moving luggage and walking around before sunrise.

The cleaning staff were great the room was serviced every day. The location was great close to the markets and trams. No meals were available. The outside appearance was quite dirty and not very well signed. The reception staff were quite rude not at all helpful. asked reception to order a taxi for our early departure this could not be done because reception finished at 12 I have travelled quite a lot and never had this problem. I will never stay there again and will never recommend this hotel.
