Location. Next to Queen Victoria Market is something unbeatable. For similar price, this place is smaller than apartment around QVM. However the price gap is compensated by 24 hours reception and lite housekeeping

Location, the smell, staff and facilities

The location is fabulous for the markets and good coffee, the staff friendly and helpful and the common area feels welcoming. With plenty of power sources and big tables, it's good place to sit and do some work or just have a coffee. Everything about the stay was easy. The staff member named Dulaj helped me check in and he went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I won't forget his impeccable service.

Liked it. This was the 2nd stay. Very close to Melbourne city.

Everything was great, easy parking to go to reception to book in, happy smiles from the staff, easy book in, but that was because I checked in the day before to make it easier. The room was beautiful and clean. Car parking was fantastic, it was in the same building so this also makes life simple. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Nothing, everything was Fantastic.

Spacious room, fairly new with comfortable bed and great aircon and the availability of a laundry with complimentary washing facilities was a bonus Can be noisy a few times nearby car alarms went off in the night and the tram networks upgrading made transport more difficult

located right next to the queen victoria market, and just a couple blocks to melbourne central. Noise from the market was hardly there from 4th floor market side of the hotel. Lots of food and beverage choices right downstairs and on Elizabeth street. woolies and chemist warehouse a block or two away. big bonus of the free washing machines and dryers on every floor. wouldnt change a thing

The photos of the room had a desk, there was no desk in the room.

Location excellent. Did not have breakfast I left my $150 charger plugged in, beside my bed. When I called later in the day to ask about it, the room had been cleaned and the charger was not found there. I went directly to my car and do not have the charger so no other explanation. Just a bit disappointed.

The room had exactly everything I needed. It was cosy but it had a King size bed and the TV size was great also. The rooms were super quite from each other and the Queen Vic Market. I did need some person items such as eye buds and cotton pads for face and they were the only thing that the room didn't have. Oh one more thing. I would have liked some water in the fridge on arrival. No mini bar.
