Steam room Spa water temperature, when asked to turn up nothing done about it. Breakfast had no eggs one morning TV in room didnt work asked to get fixed no one came

Fantastic location, tram stop right outside property takes you into the CBD all within the Free Tram Zone, but can easily walk along the Promenade to Marvel Stadium, eateries, bars etc. We stayed in the Guest Room which easily met expectations, with a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and well appointed furnishings. The facilities at the property, including the outside pool and sauna, and the Steam-room were put to good use, and the buffet breakfast was full of variety a variety of options. Although there were coffee and tea facilities in the room, which we used, there were no small biscuits to have with a cup of tea.

Clean property with great views. Staff were lovely and we also got free breakfast as part of a promotion which was amazing - the variety in options was great. The property also has a game room and heated rooftop pool which would be amazing for warmer days. Only minor issue I had was how soft the bed was which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, on the bed headboard there was dried nasal mucus which was not nice to see or clean.

Amazing views of iconic Melbourne sites, great location and quality staff. The parking not being next to the hotel. It was rather confusing as we chose not to use it, even though we would have liked to.

The service was fabulous, the location was perfect for what I needed and the room was very spacious and clean. Highly recommend. That I got caught in the rain from the carpark. But that is just nature, not a complaint.
