Location , cleanliness, staff The locks on room doors when they close is very loud and echoes through the level of rooms and the noise woke me at night a number of times

great location close to southern cross station, room well appointed, bed alittle bit hard, friendly and helpful staff it stated on there website that room service was available , this was not the case ,we had a late arrival at hotel the second night and no food was available

I was impressed by the ease of everything and the location is excellent. The room is what you'd expect, which is all I was after - comfortable, great bed, kind of an interesting view out a narrow window (nesting seagulls). I liked the coffee at breakfast and there was even cereal for celiacs which was a nice surprise. The situation with the lifts is bad - there aren't enough lifts at peak times and it was a bit stressful on the weekend - lots of us took the stairs but then we had to hope someone would open the emergency doors...

Bed was not made very well, rather shabby really. Glasses & cups were not washed, they were left on the bench

Close to train station, AFL stadium, trams, bars and restaurants. Good breakfast variety. Shower flannels and shower mat were not always provided

Great location, close to southern cross station and Marvel Stadium. Unfortunately our beds and pillows were very hard. Alot of noise during late hours of night time by other guests slamming doors, running down hallways and being verbally noisy. This happened numerous times.

Good comfortable room and adequate breakfast close to everything we needed in Melbourne. Absolutely nothing.
