Location was fantastic. Staff were very attentive. Beds were comfortable. Will stay again in the future. It was all very good. No complaints.

Clean and modern, good location Tv not working (freezing, turning itself on and off). When told staff member and asked to be moved room because I was at the hotel recovering from a medical procedure (and not out travelling), she said “oh well lots of the tvs are like that, can’t guarantee the next one will work”. Not helpful. Shower was just a trickle of water, almost zero pressure. AC system not working but staff replaced with a portable heater.

comfortable bed Location staff kitchenette construction both around and in the property that was not revealed when I asked on a phone call the week before. The fridge froze most of my items. Staff did try to do what they could.

The hotel is location is extremely convenient; it’s right next to Melbourne Central and QV! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well.
