Location was fantastic. So was the room. Beautifully furnished, clean, practical furniture allowed for multifunctionality. Quiet due to double glazing. Only letdown: very soft foam mattress

Wonderful accommodation right across from the market. Stylish, clean and very comfortable room. Easy access to all parts of the city. Great value too. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Melbourne!

Everything was available and clean. The check-in procedure went smoothly, and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel.

Location. Location. Location. The place is close to all in Central Melbourne including a nice pub just below it. As for the room, it is nice with a comfortable bed, retro atmosphere, and Nespresso machine. Two main problems: 1) the room wan not clean, where I saw hair from previous guests 2) there is no staff and when sending messages through booking, no one responds. So if you are planning to stay here, make sure that you have internet since the check-in is digital, you have bags to dispose of the garbage since they have a very small garbage basket, and you have a morning flight since there is no place to put your luggage after checking out. You are on your own.

No room cleaning and no way to add something on the door to request. Not responsive to online messages.

Very good location. Facilities were generally new and in good working order. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Good hot water and pressure in shower. Wifi was usable. Locations is directly next to Victoria Market, which is great when Victoria Market is actually open. Staff was responsive to questions I had. Laundry machine on level 2 was nice to have access to. Only one lift, and sometimes was very busy. No easy access to stairs. My room was on level 1 and I got annoyed very quickly by having to wait for the busy lift just to go up/down one level. Room didn't have a chair or place to sit. Rooms aren't cleaned during stay, nor are rooms well equipped beyond a single mini-fridge and electric kettle. I would've at least liked to have the trash removed daily. More brighter lighting in room and hallways would be nice.

Convenient location No room service. No reception desk/ no Hotel staff. Lots of ants in the room especially around the rubbish bin area!!

Great location, great views from our room, super clean and comfortable room and bathroom with good amenities. The bed was a bit soft, and there was occasionally some TV noise from the next room audible. It would have been helpful to understand there is no lobby/concierge staff to check in with. I hadn't received any communication about check in process and it was a bit confusing.

Great location, price, and check in process. Overall staff, venue and all communication were friendly, explained well and easy to understand. We only had two issues - on Sunday morning we had a (we assume) cleaner knock & enter the room without waiting for our response while we were not decent. I don't remember reading anything about cleaners coming by every day or anything so we were a bit taken a back by that. The other issue was there was a huge clog of hair in the shower drain, which was making the shower fill up & overflow within minutes.

Room was modern and clean! I was on the top floor with huge window view of the city. Great location right across the street from the market which I went to multiple times! This isn't a negative because the room was nice but the pictures shown do not match the rooms. The pictures should be updates on booking.

Location excellent, room was great. The view across the Markets was great. Excellent comfy bed. Would definitely book again in the near future. Thanks once again.
