Residence Inn Palo Alto Menlo Park

Great stay. Very helpful staff, very well-equipped hotel. Easy to park, good breakfast, spacious rooms Everything was really great. If I really need to find something to improve, shower head was a bit weak and pillows not dense and supportive enough (I bought one since I had an extended stay). But this is really to be perfectionist. I really had a great stay.

Last minute booking and was glad the rates were reasonable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Amenities were good complimentary laundry and breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. Conveniently placed. Would stay her again..

Kitchen had all the utensils that we needed and more

The hotel is good. Staffs are great! However, the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing. Struggling to find the room. Many exits and entries made it a bit confusing to navigate around hotel. Other than that, the stay was great!

We arranged the hotel through Expedia and paid them for the stay. We thought breakfast was complimentary but perhaps we misunderstood since a charge of $46.65 was applied to my credit card that I did not see until after we left. We got breakfast on Monday before we left but that was our only breakfst day.. We did get a soft drink and snacks that was charged to our room but that should not explain the full charge, Can you provide a detailed statement for the $46.65? That surprise was the only negative.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Full complimentary breakfast, delicious menu options. The only inconvenience was staying in a room near the railroad tracks. We got used to the train horn after a while.

Our room was spacious with full kitchen and sitting area. Bathroom was large and modern. Overall, the room appeared to have been recently updated. Breakfast service was very good.
