The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

Its nice clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not with too many options but thats nice and had good quality of food. I had an issue with the staff for the very first time among all my stays and travels. I had to leave very early because of my long way and not to miss my flight and as i would have to drive 4 hours non stop and very early in the morning to catch my flight I left the room to have breakfast and wanted to enter the breakfast area at 06.20am. The breakfast starts at 6.30am and I was aware of that but I thought i can already start drinking somethings and try to quicken it. The people were shocked and did not like that I was 10 minutes early. There was an old man in the reception which was not very nice and a lady who was arranging the breakfast. And the breakfast was all ready they just did not like i was 10 mins early, yes i do understand and respect their hours even if its 10minutes but I somehow expected some empathy understanding and kindness because I had a reason. They did not try to communicate and was talking about me in Italian angrily thinking that I dont understand them but I did!! It was very uncomfortable feeling and the lady came to me only at 06.30 at the right time and I tried to explain why i was early and did not require them something extra just wanted to have my plate and whatever is ready. She was very rude and did not even ask to me if I want something on the menu. But the other Italian couple she asked and served. This is not the right way to treat a customer for 10 minutes!!! This is the first time I felt uncomfortable and unwanted in any hotel I have ever been.

I would especially like to mention the helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. The rooms are kept in excellent condition. Convenient covered car park, you can charge your car at no extra charge.

Friendly staff, location, good breakfast, good sized clean room. Free underground parking. Aldi right next door. Found it strange that there was a tv in the bedroom, but not in the lounge area. Surely it would be more practical the other way around? Bathroom had an objectionable smell until we deduced it was the bidet causing the odour. We don't utilise bidets, so it seems they will smell if not used. After pouring water into it, the unpleasant smell disappeared.

Location is good, not too far from the central train station. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room itself was more than I needed for one night. There was a little kitchen and plenty of space for a small family. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel was having some trouble with the air conditioning system. At first the room was a little warm and the front desk was able to adjust it. Then it was a little too cold.

It's all perfect. We really had a great stay. Got overwhelmed for their surprised Birthday Greetings. The place was so relaxing. We will be back for sure ?❤️❤️

From the very start, the hotel reception staff was very responsive and polite from the moment I walked in the front door. Very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. The bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint which really is my own fault, I would have liked to be on a lower floor since we were traveling with are dogs, they don’t like the elevator so much

Rooms had good sized living room/kitchen so it felt like you weren't at a hotel. Close location to center of town. Very nice staff. Good spa center and relax center with nice teas. Jacuzzi wasnt hot enough. Sauna no bathing suit allowed.
