Amazing location really close to downtown. The pool was amazing, we loved it. We picked the small Italian breakfast which was more than enough and great for us. There is no AC and it’s pretty loud with the windows open. The staff was a little rude and seemed stressed.

Looked nice from the outside, friendly staff No working WiFi on the second floor (tested on Pixel 8 Pro and iPhone SE- less than 1 Mbit/s for download is basically unusable and the phones disconnected automatically). Only few electric outlets (3, one of these next to the washing basin) - for TV, night lamp, phone charger, fan. Room is kind of small even for one person. Random (empty) refrigerator that only took up space and could not be connected to the nearest outlet (cable too short, outlet was too high on the wall). One ceiling light bulb did not work. Very average impression for the single person room. Ok for a night, but I would recommend paying a little more for longer stays.

Amazing location and building. It feels like being inside an elegant villa with the best location to discover the city and its beauty. I also loved the swimming pool and the garden! The only downside was that I could hear the noise coming from the bathroom of my neighbours during the night. I could hear the water pipes and the toilet flush.

Located close to the old town. Quiet and clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Light and reasonably spacious. Good parking facilities. Hosts friendly Limited checking in time - between 3 and 7. Breakfast very basic. TV programs only in German. Inconvenient to have the toilet on the other side of the corridor.

Location it is extremely hot and there was no air conditioning or fan in the room

The villa has a special character and includes parking. The small room was equiped with bathrom. Location is excellent. Very early check out (10am). Limited check in period. The sewage sistem runs through the house so that it is very loud. I stayed in room nr.1 on the ground floor and was woken up by morning toilette visits of other guests on higher floors.

Location is OK. Hosts were unwelcoming. As if you are a pest instead of a guest. Emberassing noise from hosts and friends till 3 AM. Stay away.

Room was super tiny, with the bathroom directly inside the room, without proper walls. The area is quiet but there are a few playgrounds around with the kids playing often and making noise…

A nice hotel, at a really nice location near the city center but in a quiet street. The room was quiet, practical and nicely decorated. Breakfast was nice. Price is very good for Merano (quite expensive city).
