The staff were extremely welcoming and so kind and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location is super convenient and in a gorgeous area of the city. You can get to the hotel from the station and access the center by foot, no bus needed. Overall, it added to my experience in Merano and I will be booking again for my next stay!

It was nice I could park motorcycle in a garage. The facilities were elegant. The rooms were amazingly quiet. Once the double doors to the room were closed I never heard a thing. The breakfast was fresh and high variety.

I really liked the warm welcome at the reception ! The breakfast buffet had a nice variety unfortunately the eggs where cold on the second day and there was also no traditional vinschgauer bread on the second day.

Close to center, near the hotel it’s mall with supermarket The stuff was good and breakfast also was good. The shower water was not strong enough Car park its 10 minutes walk from the hotel , but it’s safe i park my car there 2 days and the value is 18 euro per day

Well located It’s a very old building approximately restored and refurbished, quite far way from being a a 4 star grand hotel

Great location for train travelers. The bus stop to hiking trails is just across the street, and you can easily walk to everything in centro from this spot.

Located just a pleasant walk to the centre of town. Secure parking for my motorbike in the hotel's own lockable garage. Very good value for money.

Beds Breakfast is till 10am. Striktly. That means, they turn off the light in dinning area at 9.59, while some people are still drinking coffee and chatting.
