Nära centrum In my opinion, a hotel of four stars and higher standards should clearly inform its guests about any extra charges, such as the cost of bringing a dog, already at check-in. In our case, the hotel had already deducted the full amount two weeks before our arrival, and the only thing left to pay was the tax of 49 euros. At check-in nothing was mentioned about an extra charge for the dog. It was only when we were checking out early in the morning, and were in a hurry to get to the train, that we were told that there was an additional fee of 120 euros for the dog. A hotel of this level should be more transparent and inform its guests of all charges in advance. We feel disappointed and taken advantage of.

Nice rooms, very clean, staff were friendly. Close to the town, some of the people staying at the hotel were not friendly because we were “Americans” Nothing, just not friendly guests staying at the hotel. Parking was a challenge.

Great location, spa/pool area. Breakfast pretty good. Dinner is junk. Would skip dinner in the hotel and grab something from the many restaurants in the area.
