This is a lovely, relaxing place which is exceptionally cared for, from the beautiful grounds to each interior space, sleeping rooms and public rooms alike. The bed was very comfortable and with black out curtains and no noise from anywhere, I slept beautifully. Each and every staff member , from Hannes the general manger to Roland at reception, has been exceedingly kind and helpful. I feel pampered and relaxed. The breakfast buffet has an enormous assortment of choices for any appetite and was very tasty. The pasta dish I had last evening was also very good. I chose to extend me stay here because I was having such an enjoyable visit.

The property was excellent however we were in the no air con anex which was fine except we had bug bites. we were in an anex which was greart except we had bug bites during the evening.

The room maids were very good. The room was very clean. I was conned into ordering a meal at check in. I decided to eat out but they charged me for it anyway. Also the hotel is full of very old people. All well over 90 years old. Not a single Italian amongst them. All German. I travelled 3000 miles to meet Italians in Italy and got treated like a geriatric at reception and had to put up with old Germans farting. Diner was hilarious. The clock struck 7 and they all came out together like dogs on a race track. Breakfast was troublesome. They all had their seats and table with evening menus to tick their preferences. The only thing missing was the television behind a cage. or piped soothing music.

Very nice little clean hotel, cosy and close to the city centre. Staff very friendly. They prepared a salad for lunch even though the kitchen had just closed. Value for money. The door to our room was an antique door consisting of two doors. So cute! Everything all right. Value for money.

Everything was stellar! Starting from the front desk. The front desk was where true hospitality starts and sets the course for your stay and they really delivered, even exceeded expectations. One of the best The facilities and location were perfect. The room was lovely, with a balcony in the annex overlooking the garden and pool area. Breakfast and dinner was as expected from a quality 4 star. Thank you front desk for being the best in Italy in my opinion. Nothing..maybe..WiFi at times is a little unreliable.
