False advertising!! No hot tub, no spa and the pool was not advertised right either!

The facility was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming. Linen was clean and the queen beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and easily accessible. The let out bed was not comfortable at all.. I could not sleep wand up leaving during the night due to discomfort and unable to sleep in the bed… Also didn’t like the inconvenience of having to go back downstairs for the bedding for the let out couch, I felt bedding could have been left in the room prior to customer check.

My sofa bed mattress looked like someone was killed on it or it was water damaged. I was horrified as a two time cancer patient.

It was a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and clean. The walls in the bathroom could have been cleaned. So, that is something that could be addressed in the future. Everything else was good
