Management up front had a really bad attitude upon arrival and made the stay uncomfortable

Breakfast was good,location is good. Price a little high. TV did not work, called the front desk and they sent someone, they got the tv to come on but volume was to low to hear it. Tech said he would go get a new remote but never came back, we just went to bed.

Everything was great. We stayed during the power outage and everyone was great! Breakfast was very good. The staff is very good. Mercy at the front desk did a great job and I couldn’t help but to notice a very hard worker, Shawn. I love that this place was diverse and the had minorities in more than just the cleaning department. Amazing!! There’s nothing I didn’t like. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but during this time everyone was sold out. Absolutely nothing to change.

I had reservations that was booked through Expedia. I notified the Hotel that I would be doing a late check-in at approximately 9 PM. When I arrive to the hotel, they said that they had canceled my reservation because on the weekends if they customer does not show up at check-in time they will cancel the reservation because they always are busy. I filed a complaint, but I was never able to get into a room because they didn’t have anything available and mind you I’m disabled and I was traveling with an infant absolutely unacceptable horrible customer service. They did not even do anything to try to help me even find another hotel in the area.

We stay at Tru every two weeks on a Monday. We really have enjoyed having Kyra greet us each time. However, she wasn’t there this time…..found out she doesn’t work there anymore!! We are very saddened about this. Before that another employee, Annette, also quit. She was awesome and we were sad to see her leave also. She took care of the breakfast and did a great job. I ate their breakfast this morning and it was terrible!! Not sure what is going on…..it’s sad that good people aren’t working there anymore especially since it’s hard to find good help these days!!!

Mercy was the only friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was amazing and exceeded our expectations for such a short stay. We will definitely come back!!!

I stay here often when I’m going to Indiana. The breakfast is good, the breads are pretty cozy and the staff is very friendly.
