Clean room , nice water pressure in shower Stairs only , no elevator . Stair carpet dirty

It was nice and clean. Had working ice maker It had a weird smell.

Close to everything. Comfortable beds, clean, free breakfast The tv was broken. Reported but no on ever came to look at it. Never received my deposit. Dog fee was more than expected

Room was in acceptable shape. Parking close to room. The television volume was not initially working. Was given wrong room initially (109 instead of 129). Room phone was Not working, couldnt call for wakeup, etc. Front desk person was not at front desk (long wait)

We shouldn’t use terrible but nightmare or horrible to describe our 4 nights stay there. Everything in the hotel is stinky, including the carpet, breakfast( they couldn’t start breakfast according to their promised schedule), facility(the bathroom has disgusting smells; the towels are not very clean and smelly) and environment (a lot smoking just in front of the entrance and not easy to find the entrance because it’s inside a factory compound with some trucks every where) around it. And the workers are doing innovation from early morning till 10:30pm and the manager said he can’t do with it and can only change a room for us whose bathroom is out of use because the drainage has big problems. He promised to get some discount for me when we check out but he disappeared the next morning and the other staff had no idea about his promise!

Very clean, lovely room, ok breakfast Location let it down a bit. Loads of shops around but not accessible to walk. Had to drive, but we like to have a stroll, roads far too busy

I liked the convenience of a outside door to walk my dog. The staff was excellent . the room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was just what I needed, fresh milk fresh fruit hot sausage and eggs, the best was the bagels . All in all i was a comfortable stay. If I needed a room in the area, I would stay here again...I hate I didn't get in the pool it looked very welcoming. I'm not sure if it was the air quality outside or perhaps something inside, my breathing was off while I was there. We've been dealing with the Canadian fires so maybe that's what effected my breathing.

My room was clean which was awesome, however there is a stinch in those long hallways that made my stay less awesome. The remodeling they are working on is not complete so those carpets need to be pulled immediately. Very reasonably priced which explains why there were all kinds of people there from all walks of life. A little sketchy! I did appreciate the hot breakfast and the pool amenities.

Outdoor pool, staff was nice They didn't release my deposit, actually still waiting for it. No elevator, upon check in hall ways smelled very bad, this was cleaned well the next day, bed was not comfortable, there was no shower curtain in bathroom, gnats all over our kids rooms bathroom and foul smell, breakfast was not kept warm

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a strong cigarette and air freshener smell in the lobby. The carpet in the hallway was stained and torn.

Property is not very clean, coffee was pretty much see through. The breakfast was terrible as far as options and how the food looked. There was what looked like mold in our room - and water leaking all over in the halls and stuff. Beds were great, but they don’t clean out trash and things daily.
