My room was unfortunately located facing the busy street, so it was quite noisy at night when you try to sleep. No ventilation in the room as well, they rely on the windows (but the streets were so noisy that we closed the window, and hence stale air). I hung my socks out to dry outside my bed twice - one time one sock was missing... Another time it ended up in the dustbin ... (Not the fault of the hostel, I believe it was just another roommate who was unhappy with the socks hanging)

The staffs are very nice. The location is very central so there’s a lot of restaurants and bars. It’s safe. Every day, there’s an activity they provide. I would recommend this place. Well, it’s a hostel so the guests are loud. There will be noises which disrupted my sleep.

Clean facilities Lounge area upstairs Locked bed space Spacious storage area Clean bathrooms Very loud even with the windows closed. You need to invest in good noise cancelling ear buds. The street are all music stores that are trying to show you how loud their speakers can project. Quiet time starts at like 1am-7am

The design is wonderful

All the service was nice the area and the location was perfect And there was a lot of near local food, but you're not in the main district of everything There was no AC and it was kind of loud at night

The bed - It is like a small room with safe box and space to put things in. Additional, it can be locked as a whole. This is my first time to see bunk designed like that, pretty creative and private. Staff - Very approachable and talkative Facilities - Bathrooms are always available and easy to use. Location - It is like a double-edge sword. On one side, it is easy to go around in centro area to see a lot of museums. But it is very noisy with car sounds and hi-fi sounds. Because the block is full of hi-fi stores playing very loud nightclub beats. So it is impossible to take a nap in the day. Ventilation - Since the bunk is a whole box so it is a bit hard to get ventilated. The only way is to open your small door or the room door. But the noise problem shows up when you do this.

I loved the location and the wonderful social aspect about this hostel. I stayed in the female dorm with the box bunks and it was really unique, sweet, fun, and safe feeling. Also, they offer tours and gatherings through out the day, and yoga in the morning. If you are traveling alone and would like to be social, this is a great place! If you want to be on your own then you are free to do that as well with lots to do around the location. To have such fun options and a chance to get to meet people its truly a great place to be! I will definitely be back! The only thing that could've been better would be a little upgrade on the breakfast and cozier bedding, but honestly for the price you really can't complain too much. It was simply great for what it is! P.S. you want to go out as often as you can to get street food like tacos anyways so don't worry too much about the breakfast here.

Great location in the historic section, clean facility, comfortable bed. A bargain price. Despite my complaints still a good choice for budget travelers- felt very safe. Ok with the micro room, but with no window less desirable. Somewhat noisy building noises (hvac system?) Breakfast fairly basic/spartan. Noisy neighborhood for sure. No shared kitchen, & not much mingling in shared common room.

Cleaniless - Staff - Location - Security The blanket small

The room was veeery small. It barely fit the two backpacks next to the bed

The location was very convenient for walking in the history center. Breakfast was very simple just for a little bite or a cup of coffee. If you like full breakfast you need to go somewhere else. The customer service at the front desk. Was not very friendly. I think you need to train them with some hospitality services. If you ask for some stuff in your room. They take for ever to help. Also you need to put a pass key to get out at the front door to the street after hours. Or intercom inside the lobby so someone can open the door for you without going to the second floor. I need it to go out at 5 am on a tour and I couldn't get out. And the person at the front desk didn't want to open the door because I didn't notify in advance. How about if you have an emergency and need to go out. Or an earthquake.

The location is perfect! The staff amazing they are super welcoming and accommodating. Everything was great

Other staff answering questions about directions in a very unpolite way. Like if you were dumb. But Mariana was super friendly to my daughter and me.

Great location, well cleaned, with private hostel bed ‘boxes’ that far exceed the traditional bunk bed. The bed box has a lock, outlets, several lights, shelves, ventilation and even a section to hang clothes. It’s quite comfortable! There is a lot of loud music playing outside the property, which doesn’t stop until about 2am. Bring ear plugs!

All really good

Daily activities. Central location near the zocalo and next to some good restaurants. Plenty of space in the hostel to relax and do some work. It had one of best facilities at any hostel I stayed at. The bed was comfortable and lots of privacy and space to keep your belongings safe. The only downside was the noise from the street which is outside the hostel's control but its manageable

Locate on a very busy street. Prepare ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and need to get up early next morning
