It was a beautiful property and kept in pristine condition. Super friendly staff and ability to get anywhere from location. Cute neighborhood with Bici bikes very close I didn’t realize it was at a busy intersection so it was loud.

I always stay here now. It is close to the metro and the metro bus. And close to perfect walking around Condesa and Roma. The rooms are great. Not one thing

This is the best kept secret in Condessa! The location is perfect! It is on a busy street, but quiet inside. The room is spacious and the view perfect. We stayed in suite A, above the croissant shop. There was a pop up music event there, so fun! You feel like you have a room in a luxurious home! The shower drained a little slow, but no big deal. No elevator, but also not a big deal for us. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations.

It was well located. Staff were available if we needed them and very obliging when we did. Thanks to Google translate. Quaint lovely place to stay. Shower was incredible!! No lift so don’t have heavy luggage. Though they very kindly carried our cases up and down the stairs when requested.

Everything was just simply great! I enjoyed everything, they are bringing you water everyday and have some coffee in the room. It was a bit difficult to find the place but overall very pleasant receptionists and very attentive.

Was absolutely lovely. Loved the antique furniture pieces. Very charming and spacious suite. Useful kitchenette with a stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, pans, dishes, etc. We would make breakfast and leave for the day (leaving the dirty pans and dishes in the sink) then come back to a spotless kitchen, dishes clean and put away, and fully cleaned room. Overall, great value

Clean, pleasant and helpful staff. Very cute room, great set up and lots of space. Very long haul up steep flights of stairs to the room. The room is very noisy 24 hours due to it's proximity to two very busy streets. We couldn't even stay there after the first night and had to relocate to a different hotel.
