Nicely renovated rooms with a cool design, great rooftop, great staff. For the price, we expected a little more. The rooms have queen beds only and are not exactly too big. No AC, only a roof fan, so it gets quite stuffy during the night. Once you leave the window open, you get eaten by mosquitos since rooms are on floors 2 and 3. Not well isolated so noise is traveling well and earplugs are a good investment (room above ours was cleaned at 10pm, keeping us awake for a bit). Jacuzzi and massage are available but for additional fees. None of this is a particular problem, all fine! But for the very high price, we expect a little more.

gorgeous, comfortable, quiet, accommodating, relaxing. Aside from the terrible wifi, I would still stay there again. it was just PERFECT. the wifi is my only complaint.

Location and comfortable rooms. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. During my visit, a small glass soap dispenser accidentally broke while I was taking a bath. The bottle had been placed on the edge of the bathtub, and as I reached for a towel, it was accidentally brushed off and shattered. This was clearly an accident, not negligence. The hotel immediately attempted to charge me 850 MXN for the broken dispenser. I reviewed the agreement I signed, and it did not clearly state that guests would be charged this amount for accidental damage. When I asked to see the specific policy or waiver authorizing this charge, the staff could not provide it. What made the situation even more concerning was that an employee privately approached me and suggested that if I paid him half of the amount directly, he would replace the bottle himself and speak to the manager. That interaction made me feel extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s professionalism and integrity. Accidents happen in hotels, and many reputable properties understand the difference between intentional damage and an honest mistake. Instead of handling the situation with understanding, I felt pressured, taken advantage of, and treated unfairly. The room itself was fine, but the way management handled this incident completely overshadowed my experience. I cannot recommend staying here based on how guests are treated when an accidental situation occurs. I hope management reviews its policies and focuses on customer service rather than penalizing guests for genuine accidents.

This boutique hotel stay completely exceeded my expectation. The location is in a popular area making it easy to walk to lovely cafes, restaurants and bars. The room was spotless and fresh, it is clear the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The hosts and team were kind, polite, and always ready to help. N/A

I loved this hotel. It was so beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Central location and stunning room aesthetics. I loved the lobby and dining hall. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Highly recommend. They made me the most amazing margarita upon arrival and always went the extra mile. I slept like a baby in the room with a great ceiling fan for temperature control! I'm sensitive to noise, and I didn't experience any issues sleeping with street noise which is rare for me in a city.

Staff and service were great, breakfast included, location very good, room was spacious and very clean Very noisy, could hear noises from the above and below floors, and the restaurant.
