The all night noise coming from the nearby clubs
-
We arrived on a wednesday and we could feel the vibrations of the music of the surrounding night clubs until 5 in the morning. Although the staff was helpful and gave us earplugs, we did not get good sleep.

The building itself was quiet. The room was large. Blackout curtains were good. Concierge were extremely helpful. The hotel was central to transportations and restaurants. It was advertised as coffee and pastries available…they were…down the block. Several bars in the neighborhood, the bass of the music can be heard till 6 in the morning on weekends.

The only thing valuable is the location No reception, check in process is a mess, sheets smell awful, no privacy at all, no lifts long stairs, owner is a well known scammer as you can check at reviews here and google.

This was a large beautiful bedroom and bathroom — simple yet great design. Large window that could be opened facing onto the street. The location was also excellent, as were the 24-hr commissionaires at the entrance. I wish it had been available for longer than just the two days I stayed there. Nothing.

Extremely noise, it would be great if they have double windows

It has a great location
-
The hotel is close to everything and it is clean and comfortable. It doesn’t have elevator, but if you don’t mind going upstairs, then you won’t mind.

You can hear through the rooms, a little darker.

The location is perfect, everything is nearby. Very clean

Staff was very nice and helpful. The 2 male receptionists were amazing and always very welcoming. Location was great, very close to touristic attractions. Lots of options to eat and close to little fairs and markets. Towels are changed every 3 days. Even if the guest requests it to be every day there is just no way because that’s the policy. I went with 2 senior citizens and they gave us the last room on the last floor. If I’m not mistaken it was about 5 floors and nowhere in the website it says that they don’t have an elevator. After requesting a different room we were told there weren’t any other available rooms. Even though we only saw 2 people on the same floor as us during our stay. Neither does it say the towels and bedding aren’t changed every day. Also, if anything is stained you will be charged $300 Mexican pesos per piece (towel, bedding, etc.)

Demasiado ruido en la noche
-
location and style not the room I booked no ventilation no windows

Reception staff was really nice. The room had no windows, it has a door to a non external window either. It was unbearably hot and there's no aircon, only a noisy fan that just moves the extrehot air. We checked out one day earlier. We couldn't even stay the second night. It ruined the holidays and we didn't sleep so we couldn't do much the following day. If you open the room door to a sort of a landing area with chairs. Anyone can come into the room, it doesn't feel safe, and it is right by the stairs on the first floor. So everyone can see you given the hotel has no lift. Horrible experience.
