It is similar to Gestapi camp. Showers limited with 5 minutes. Kitchen open on 8 am, and immediate their workers occupies the kitchen, clises on 8 pm, but gas is cut on 4 pm. They say if you list the key of the room you have to pay USD 15. Hostel is big but insufficient eating and rest spaces.

Excellent location and pretty friendly staff. Too many permanent residents mixed in with the casual traveler. Many make too much noise and hide the kitchenware in their rooms.

Showers have a hook on the inside wall. Bathroom stalls have no toilet paper--you have to get some before entering. Room had no windows. Room had no ceiling fan. Second floor is like a furnace. Kitchen is only open from 8am-4pm, and only from noon until 4pm on Thursdays. The reception is not helpful if you ask them about anything other than their tours. The first time I tried to shower, there was no hot water. When I told the reception layer, the girl said I should have tried another one. So it seems they think it acceptable that you go door to door looking for hot water. She did say I could try a different floor , which I did the next day and found a good one, but I wasn't going to go up and down the stairs in a towel and wet shower shoes on that first day.

Good deal for the money. Maids are very good. The key thing is ridiculous. Having to go downstairs and get a key to get my water out of the freezer and then walk back down to return the key....having to give the key to the front desk every time you leave. After staying at a more expensive hostel that was much worse, I can't complain too much. Would be nice if the rooms weren't so hot at night. They had a fan in the room when I came a year ago, but not anymore.

Guests can cook until 4 pm, after that they close the gas for cook, also close the kitchen at 8 pm. after that hour guests cant get in the kitchen. Inside the room people make a lot of noise at night, don't respect other guests listen the cellphone with no phones and talks louder, is impossible to sleep at night. The location

Location was great and the staff members were nice and helpful Considering the price (I think I was paying $5/night), everything was pretty much as expected for a hostel. Many of the guests are Mexicans that are staying there long term, but there were also plenty of travelers. I enjoyed socializing with both groups. It certainly helps if you know Spanish. The kitchen has somewhat inconvenient usage hours. It closes at 8 PM, so after that, you cannot access the fridge until the following morning. The stove only has one working burner as is often being used so you either have to wait or not use it. You can only use the stove until 4 PM. After that, they will lock it. There is no soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands, so bring your own. I was in a 4-bed dorm and a 10-bed dorm over my 5 nights. Neither room had a window and with so many people, it got very stuffy and the door to the room was always left wide open. I was there in April when the outside temperatures were pleasant. I imagine that in the summer it will get very hot/possibly very uncomfortable. I was lucky and had a bottom bed. I was lucky and had a bottom bed. Because the beds do not have privacy curtains, those on the top are blinded every time someone turns on the light. Additionally, the 10-bed dorn that I was in did not have any ladder to get up on the beds. People had to climb up using the horizontal metal bars of the lower bed. The common room should have more seats and should be more comfortable, such as couches. There are only 7 total individual chairs at 2 tables (but this was never an issue). I would stay there again.

maids do a good job cleaning the mess left by all the trashy guests cheapest hostel in the city, so it attracts a lot of crazy, loud people. staff doesn't do anything to shut them up as they party at 4 AM outside your door. some of the most rude people i ever encountered in any of the 100 cheap hostels i have stayed at all over the world. i am seriously worried i might snap and go to jail.

The location is good for daytime travel. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. I watched a Chinese guest have the cops called on him at the front desk. Real cops with guns came, not the "tourist cops". Why? Because his key snapped when he turned the room's doorknob...and he refused to pay an expensive price for a new key. The police who came were totally bemused. ? Finally, he was given a new key by the front desk staff.

Advice not to stay in this hostel it’s was bad experience staying there honestly.
