Clean and good location Location

Location and staff. Everything from food to things to do was all within walking distance. The staff was a great help during my stay and they kept everything clean and organized. Everything was great except for being unable to watch some of the World Cup games, but that wasn’t much of an issue as el Zocalo was a 10 minute walk away and thus I could watch the games there. No real negatives about the hotel, everything was better than expected.

The hotel was cute. It was decorated for the World Cup. The beds were comfortable as well. The price was also good. The water pressure was horrible. The elevator was out of service and we had a lot of luggage, so it was difficult.

Without outside view

Nothing to dislike

Property was close to good food and places like the zocalo and Bella’s artes. At night a little too loud but it was a weekend so I understand people are out having fun.

Very clean and location

Very good location

In my room there was no toilet paper, and no hand towels I had to ask for.

I was not told about the breakfast, not trying to throw anybody under the bus

Location, it was near the markets I planned to shop at. Our room was on the ground floor with the window opening to the garage. This was very disappointing. We had the shades closed, thus no natural light. It was not worth the money plus it was quite noisy at all hours of the night.

Well the fan didn't work. the water pressure was not great. the TV didn't have any streaming services

If you want to sleep at all, don't book this place. The entire hotel is an echo chamber that amplifies every single footstep, snore, and every word spoken right into your ear. Earplugs were useless. Our group booked rooms on every floor, and all rooms were like this. As if this weren't bad enough, they hosted loud family parties in the courtyard at 1:00-3:00 AM, with screaming babies and loud carousing. They didn't seem to be guests staying at the hotel. I got zero sleep the whole time. If it wasn't the weird party, it was The guy snoring across the hall, or the couple having sex two floors above.

I loved this stay it was clean, comfortable and large. I wrote a lot and it didn't save--thanks booking. The water pressure was good and hot, the bed was comfortable, and it was cleaned daily.

No A / C.

The room had all the basic essentials I needed, and I appreciated the inclusion of shampoo and shower gel. One big plus was the location — the metro station at Paral·lel was just around the corner, making it super easy to get around the city. On the downside, the artwork in my room was quite unsettling — it featured dogs attacking a deer, which felt really out of place and not exactly the most relaxing decor. Also, the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe at night, so I’d recommend being a bit cautious if you’re out late. A safety box would be great to add.

Good budget option. Clean rooms, comfy beds. The staff very helpful. Very close to the Zocalo although wouldn't recommend walking around after dark.

The bed was very comfortable. And the price was cheap for an hotel. The location was good. The trash was full when i came to the room. But i guess its just a forgotten from the cleaner. Nothing crazy.
