Hotel Monarca

Good location, comfortable bed. Late checkout Cleaning staff was very loud and they even play music sometimes. Even when I had the don’t disturb sign outside my door, they would try to come in, one of them actually did without even knocking. One of the bathroom towels had holes in it, bathroom mirror had stains.

Great location, very safe and walkable area Friendly staff Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable No AC in rooms Windows shut is stuffy. Windows open is noisy from the streets and makes the room too bright to sleep well. Noisy patrons came in screaming as they walked down the hall two nights in a row. Shower is not separate in the bathroom, leaving the floor wet when trying to use the toilet Nowhere to set up toiletries in the bathroom

Very good location Room service, we ordered food and it took forever and very bad I really didn’t like it , also very bad WiFi every time when I trying to watch a movie if stop all the time not very pleased

Room was small but totally OK for one person and plus when its for short stay. Everything was clean. And reception people were very nice. The window from my room was looking to the avenue, thats why it was quite noisy during the nights. But I somehow get used to it. The second thing that I was not happy with, in my room were small tiny flies, definitely not mosquitos and of course their only job was to bite me. But, I guess it was not room problem, it might be a problem in Mexico City.

Its location and the parking lot No windows at my room, no proper ventilation, nor AC. The heat at nights is pretty uncomfortable inside my room.

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean premises. At night it can be a bit loud if the windows are open, but this is an excellent location in a lively part of the city.

There was no water in the whole hotel, I had to keep going down to the front desk to ask about the situation (the phone in my room didn't work) every now and then, until finally they told me there wouldn't be any water until the next morning. I was offered to use the toilet when needed in a hotel some blocks away, which made no sense, so I requested to be given a room in that hotel, which they did with no extra charges.

Great location, best value for the price. Clean rooms and lovely staff with 24 hrs front desk. Good shower and hot water. Near many great restaurants, lovely walkable streets, and public transport. It’s on a noisy ave, but I’m from NYC, so that wasn’t an issue at all for me- I actually found it surprisingly quiet after midnight. ? Overall it was perfect, just wish there was a more drawers or shelving for clothes.

The location was great, management very friendly, it has it's own parking lot. No AC!! A litte out dated of the room and also the room of the door didn't felt secure enough.

Old looking hotel

Horrible mattress, pillows felt like they had rocks in them. No heating so it’s cold and not many linens are provided.

Incredible stay!

It was conveniently located with great, friendly staff. The sink being in the same space as the bathtub was challenging, but liveable.
