Great location, very clean, good price. A few mosquitoes the first night.

The rooms facing the street can be loud but the staff was able to put me in another room which was great ?

Good location within 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center, and close to the metro staton. Spacious room with comfortable bad, and hot shower.

It is a very good location ig you are going to some event at Expo Reforma or exploring the Historical Center of the town. The staff is very helpfull as well with whatever you need Right in front of the Hotel there is a Bar, which means you will hear bands playing all weekend until late night hours. Additionally the bed was not very confortable and there is no way for heating the room (I traveled in January). I struguled with the cold on all days.

Location is central The whole place just felt off. The experience was cold and uncomfortable. The room was unwelcoming, stark, full of mosquitoes (impossible to get a good sleep, I woke up full of bites). The reviews on google mentioned cases of stolen material from guests so I was always worried and had to go out with all my valuables on me, which wasn’t necessarily safer. I did not feel secure. The person at the welcome desk was cold and only cared about receiving payment. Awful odour coming in from bathroom. I would not recommend this place or come back, it was not worth saving $20 for a lower price. Every other place I stayed at in Mexico the people were extremely kind and welcoming.

All staff is nice and friendly! Only thing is I needed an iron and a fridge. But everything else was fine.

It didn’t have breakfast but the location was perfect. Travelling and safety felt really easy and nice, police where somewhat present nearby since if was the historic center we were never far from places to call or get food from. The bed was big and it wasn’t anything special but just enough for anything you need The outside wasn’t the best but for the price and location i will take it, i am planning to go back. I didnt love the bathroom it was really really small, also hot water wasn’t always available.

The room was simple but quite nice, reasonably spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean when I checked in, and the housekeeping kept it clean every single day of my stay. The big advantage of the room was definitely the jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was very relaxing whenever needed. It worked just fine, and it was well maintained. The hotel itself was quiet, with just a little bit of noise coming from the street occasionally, but not too much if you closed the window. There was also a music bar nearby, but it wasn't too annoying for me, and I could sleep without problems. The hotel staff was also kind and helpful. The area felt quite safe, and I didn't have any concerns coming back late at night. If you're looking for decent accommodation on a budget and want to stay close to the city centre I can definitely recommend this accommodation. The room didn't have any type of air-conditioning nor a fan. It wasn't too hot when I stayed there, so I was fine, but I'm not sure how it works when it gets really hot in Mexico City. You'd probably need to ask for a fan, so bear in mind. Also, having a small fridge in the room would be nice to keep some cold drinks and water. There was definitely some spare space for that in the room.

Reception area was a little strange and receptionist was a man of few words. Of course he probably did not speak much English. My room was very minimal but comfortable enough since I was one person.

the location is excellent, clean room, not so noisy at night. hot water, elevator, a window with a view to the latin american tower, check out is allowed up to 2pm. close to the Juarez subway station.
