The staff was wonderful. So considerate kind and patient. Went above and beyond, especially those at the reception desk. The hotel room. First and foremost as soon as you open the door the carpet smell is bad. They need to remove those carpets, they are filthy, smelly, and stink up the entire room. Second, the room is so old and outdated. Probably last outdated in the late 1970s.

the customer service was really great and the location of the hotel was good for our final night in mexico. the room was a nice size but i wish they had more blankets/pillows. Since it is the city the noise is hard to avoid but you can hear all of outside so if your light sleeper than its rough. other than that i wish the room had more blankets and pillows for the colder weather.

Such an interesting, historic, unique location. This hotel has definitely seen better days, but still such a lovely and fascinating stay. A room with a hot tub, jets and all?! Totally worth the strange stall in the bathroom, which added mystery and charm in its own way.
