The hotel is really bad to old, the beds are bad, never again i canceled the first day, and they don't return any money i pay. ?
-
Excellent location!!! The bed was not satisfactory- I could not sleep at all. However, it was perfect for the quick stopover as we had to pick up an early bus to Teothihuacan .Super friendly staff bed
-
No refrigerator in the room, the curtains were falling down, the shower had likings and got your hair wet all over.
-
no air condition too hot inside the room
-
It was very well located The place looked pretty run down, it wasn't as clean as expected, the towels had holes in them
-
The location and the wifi was absolutely premium, one of the Best connections I’ve had in hotels There Were mosquitoes

Amazing location near the Monumento a la Revolución. Very nice Staff (Crisopher was very helpful). The late check out is until 7pm which is amazing because after a long day you still come back at 6 and have 1 amazing hour to refresh or do what you need bf you bus/fligth. Not an Hilton, obviosly, but it works perfeclty. It was a little bit hot that weekend, but I belive for CDMX weather in general you dont need AC.
-
Just the low cost Terrible staff and the rooms smell. I vacated in an hour and booked another hotel
-
Demasiado descuidado
-
It’s close to the monument and very safe area
-
Good location, a few steps from Monumento a la Revolución, plenty of places to eat, convenience stores and pharmacies in the area as well as transportation options, room size is ok, suprisingly quiet rooms The beds are terrible, low to the bed so the sheets are touching the floor which doesn't seem very clean so you might not want them touching your skin, bathroom is a bit small, no A/C (the advertisement said as much so no suprise there), they only give you 2 towels for the shower no hand towels or "floor towel" to use when you get out of shower, you can tell you are in a very old badly maintained hotel.

We liked the location but we also enjoy walking. Found it centrally located to the places we wanted to go . All the staff were great. Never ran out of hot water Flooring in room was poorly installed and boards moved around.
-
Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Restaurant is good, we paid for the breakfast-included option and it was really good; the staff at the restaurant is great. There are no hand or foot towels, which makes it uncomfortable after taking a shower or washing hands. Additionally, it would be nice to have more power outlets

I loved the location, very near of the metro station and places to have fun; my room was clean and quiet. It's a little bit old building but their facilities are good, from my point of view, it was good value. I would've liked to have ac/heating in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly...the location great!! For some reason we been told that hand towels were not available also de bath towels were scarce, the a/c was not working

Hotel furniture is old, and the patio never was cleaned.
