We stayed here for 8 nights and absolutely loved everything about this place. The location is perfect for accessing the main attractions on foot. It’s in a safe neighbourhood, yet still very central, which made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff always made sure we were well fed and well looked after. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but every member of staff we met during our 8-day stay was excellent, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to the two managers/a reception team, Victor and Vanessa, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always happy to help, whether it was giving us directions, recommending the best restaurants, or suggesting towns and places worth visiting. Victor even went out of his way to help my son book a Lucha Libre show at the last minute. He would have missed out on such a fantastic experience without his advice and help, and we really appreciated it. Thank you to Victor, Vanessa, and the entire amazing team at Le Méridien for making our stay so enjoyable. If we return to the city, we wouldn’t think twice about staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our week's stay at Le Meridien Reforma. Our remodeled view room on the 16th floor was beautiful! It had a living room, separate bedroom with king bed, kitchenette and spacious bathroom. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and used the gym almost daily. We had a delicious brunch at La Glorioso Restaurant and frequented The Latitude Bar in the evening. There was even a very good singer one night and we enjoyed her music. Every member of the staff was excellent! They were so friendly and helpful. Victor and Vanessa at the Concierge desk gave us so many great suggestions for museums, restaurants, tours, etc. Without them we would have been lost. Also, I would like to complement Rosario for her detailed and thorough cleaning of our room. We will remember with fondness this great hotel. Pedro was a great waiter at La Glorioso Restaurant and he was also an excellent bartender at the Latitude Bar. He was so friendly and remembered us on our second visit. Johan Maldonado was our waiter twice at La Glorioso Restaurant. He was very attentive to all our needs. He served us promptly and returned frequently to see if we needed anything. He's a great addition to the staff at La Glorioso. Big shout out to Jose Henaro for being such a great bartender. He served us with kindness and made us some great drinks. He was fun to talk to and always had a smile on his face.

Location The shower faucet was installed wrong. You should turn left for hot water but instead in their newly renovated room, you have to turn right for hot water. Plus, their down stairs restaurant was the worst 5 stars hotel restaurant I have ever had. Stay away. The worst part was their room service was Under staff. They wouldn’t clean my room till 4 pm which I just make it back from my daily sightseeing and inconsistent on their cleaning.

Location Room was not very clean. Someone had entered my room and gone through closet drawers etc. The same person had removed towels from the room but the room was not serviced, Which means the person who entered was not from house keeping. I did complain to the duty manager but received no explanation of who had entered the room.
