Excellent, friendly and helpful staff in a really convenient location. If you are planning to get out and explore and not stay around in your hotel room this is a really good place to be a convenient to many areas of interest. However most of all I cannot say enough about how friendly and hospitable the staff were. Air conditioning would be helpful and screens on the windows.

Clean rooms, ok location A 3 star hotel with no frills. We had to change room twice due to a toilet mulfunction and a problematic TV.. Breakfast was a la cart.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel room with comfortable bed. The staff was also very helpful and attentive and the price was quite affordable for such a good location. The payment by debit card also worked without any issues. Definitely can recommend this hotel if you want to stay near Av. Reforma for an affordable price. The cardkey lock didn't always function when it comes to unlocking the door of the hotel room, but this is something that is repairable.

The hotel is well situated between the main square (zocolo) and the Castle Chapaltepec on Reforma. If you are looking to connect up with the subway (metro) thats a ten minute walk. The hotel provides all that you need and the guy that works the front door is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Its a Mexican thing, so cant be too critical of TV turned up in the dining room with a soccer game going on at 830 in the morning. I didnt want to upset anyone so i kept quiet, but some of us need a bit of time to adjust in the morning and having the TV at full blast is not a good wake up regiment.

Perfectly located - just near by revolutionary street and many store and street food downstairs. Excellent staff and services, always meet my needs. The temperature difference is huge between early time and nighttime, so I requested more blankets and stuff respond my need very quickly. Facilities are a little bit old.
