THIS is an amazing boutique hotel in an excellent location!! The staff was super friendly, everyone from the front desk (especially Mr Apolinar) to the restaurant staff. Breakfast is served on a terrace and it is a delicious buffet, you can also have eggs cooked for you however you want them. The location is absolutely stunning. Opposite the supreme Court which is an absolutely stunning building. There is NOTHING I did not like. Everything was perfect.

Location Television on Room did not work correctly, never fixed, people screaming and shouting until past midnight, told employees did nothing, people trying to enter hour room at night, sounds past though walls and had very poor night sleep every night me and my family.

Very close to city centre. Easy uber & taxi ride anywhere. You can also take a 3 wheeled electric bike which carries 3 people around the city for a personalised tour. N/A

Bathroom was very small, the space between the toilet and wall left minimal space to navigate in between toilet and shower

Great location and restaurant on the rooftop. The allocated room did not have any natural light. Many of the rooms have natural light. If this is important to you, request one of these rooms. The TV has no English options. The exercise machines have not been maintained and are in poor condition. The running machine was slipping.

Great location in historic centre, easy walk to Zocalo (main square - which doubled as a Fanzone for the World Cup). Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast which offered cooked options on weekdays, restaurant was on rooftop terrace. My friends who were staying nearby also came to eat there. There was no bar at the hotel but this may have been a blessing as we found the excellent Bar Mancera nearby. Music noise from a nearby bar / nightclub until 0430 (if not longer) on Sunday morning - probably out of the hotel's control.
