The hotel is clean and staff are polite. The coffee shop with complementary food and drinks was amazing. Some rooms didn’t have big windows to exterior and were a little bit dark.

This hotel is a jewel. I program small group travel and the people at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They were polite and welcoming. They helped with excursions, restaurants and transportation. The location was great. Near the main plaza. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They decor was well thought out. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet even though the city is noisy. The breakfast was abundant and the coffee shop and sandwich shop were open 24hours and included in the room price. They even had free water on every floor available for the guest. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Alexia the concierge was professional and super helpful. The front desk was also very helpful and patient with my group. Hope to stay there again on another visit. Can't think of anything.

This hotel has an amazing location to many beautiful places to visit while in Mexico City. This hotel is just too good to be true the staff is great. The food was included with the stay and the breakfast and free beverages enhanced our experience. Nothing at all.

Great breakfast in the morning. Snacks and basic drinks available throughout the day (break, soda, pizza, etc.). Location is within walking distance of major plaza, shopping and entertainment. The fact that it included a 3 hr walking tour was excellent and we wished we could have been at this hotel for our entire trip to Mexico. Definitely coming back and staying here when we return.

The top notch unbelievable Customer service at this hotel Karen Vivian and DIDIER was amazing. I can’t get over the attention detail the care. It was almost like Love for the customer. My daughter‘s birthday took place while we were there. The staff decorated her bed with balloons and a gift and a wonderful card. We loved the food and the free beer ha ha and it was beautiful, beautiful environment. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s also very well located to the historic district that beautiful architecture and the church in the ZOCAL O center stay here you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. The amenities include delicious healthy breakfast served by friendly efficient staff. There are great snacks available all all hours of the day including an awesome tortilla soup, salads and sandwiches that my kids loved. It’s close to the Zócalo and great food options are walking distance such as Esperanza Panaderia and Churros Morro. The Allende metro station is nearby for those who are wise enough to use the Metro. Can’t say enough about this hotel. Anything that was needed such as extra towels or soap was quickly delivered with friendly smiles. Wish we could have stayed much longer

Excellent staff; very accommodating. Small hotel with modern facilities and very clean. Walking distance to Historic District. Complimentary breakfast and dinner at a charming cafe in the lobby, which was very helpful since after a long day, no one really wants to eat out. The food was very good and included complimentary drinks such as tequila and beer. This hotel is excellent for senior travelers. We visited many local sites by simply walking there and called an Uber for other sites. The hotel will help book tickets, should you need them and help with any information you might need. My husband and I were very satisfied and highly recommend Historico Central Hotel. I cannot think of anything my husband and I did not like about this hotel.

Excellent location. Great walking area, close to many historical sites. Good menue for breakfast. Added bonus was a coffee shop open 24hours with food options. Great helpful staff.
