Almost nothing. The rooms are tiny and cramped. The window practically faces the wall. It's like living in a basement. The hotel's technology is dilapidated, particularly the elevators, which are out of order, forcing guests to use service elevators in areas not intended for hotel guests. The quality of the food prepared in the restaurant does not at all correspond to the exorbitant prices for the food.

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Sandwich was dry and the chips served with it were rancid. Also, they advertise as having transport to the airport. I selected it precisely for that reason. Turns out their transport is to arrange a cab for you.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the barman was a Gentleman. The lift was quick and our room was close to said lift. The shower was pretty decent and I liked the fact the room was free of carpets. The net and heavy curtains were filthy and definitely needed a good wash (dust was coming from them). The laminate floor was lifting in places and the room generally could have done with a bit of a tidy up. The location was too central, our stay was during the World Cup and we arrived on a Friday evening and it was almost impossible to get to the hotel in a taxi. When venturing out in the evening it was hard to get anywhere due to the sheer volume of people, we should have stayed further out!

Staff at check in were lovely, very friendly & helpful Breakfast was good, with a nice mix of breakfast options Room was very clean, comfortable & the bathroom was very nice. Felt I got really good value with the price paid overall. Location is great - 5 minute walk from the historic centre, pretty much right in the middle of the city Nothing major Not the hotel's fault, but there was always traffic outside, so taxis took a while to get through it & arrive Very minor issue though & it wouldnt put me off staying again if visiting Mexico City
