Everything, the staff the room what tidy and clean with everything you need. The location was good.

The location and the view are excellent Rooms are too small and the shower water presiones are not very good

Clean, close to Reforma. Safe surroundings A little noisy outside but probably because of soccer game celebration

Bathroom lights were broken,

The bed was super old and the pillows were super uncomfortable. The bathroom didn’t had hand towels. The sheets and bed covered were old and torn

It wasn’t all clean

I don't recommend this place.

Liked the location so much we booked 3 more nights. Large comfortable suite with large balcony Could use a little updating. Kitchen sparsely equipped.

The location The receptionist had a bad attitude from check-in, then at night when she opened the door she showed rudeness to let us in. In general, I think the staff was the one who ruined the place

Comfortable, great location , quiet, and AC working well. Some of the STAFF, kind rude, probably not happy to be interrupt their Facebook time, they may use some customer skills training, specially Blanca , noted they don’t want be bother, cutting you off when asking and talking, about services and minor thing, and the other lady on the front desk as well, but specially Blanca, can make a little effort to assist us with minor request, nothing complicated . Both front desk ladies never see them greeting, smiling, or asking us what was the issue ( supper minor things ) Facility nice and neat, great area, NOEMI, housekeeping lady AWESOME, nice and helpful . Other than this 2 ladies , everything GREAT.

Great location. Loved the balcony/terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful Furnishings could be updated - a bit worn. Kitchen rather sparsely equipped.

Found hair in my sheets, sometimes we didn't have towels. The shower door dint close all the way and internet was awful, sometimes we even didn't have it at all.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was also very kind

Great location, clean, comfortable and well kept. I only wish they had parking.

I was early for check-in so I was able to leave my bags during the wait. Shower head sprayed every where.

I like the location, next to wonderful restaurants, taco stands, mini markets, and bars. The neighborhood is trendy and vibrant. The water pressure on both the sink and shower were great. A/C was working fine. Safe box is a plus!! There is a 24 hours door person. The furniture in my room was a bit rundown, I think an improvement of it would make the room look better but it doesn’t take away the comfort of the beds.

There was no internet the whole time, kept being told that a technician was coming and they either never came or I was lied to. The sheets were not fully clean. Can’t really leave things charging because when they come in the clean your room they turn off all electricity, we were bouncing off 2 batteries and we would leave one charging but would come back to it completely dead still since they would disconnect all electricity.
