Hotel Benidorm Mexico City

La ubicación nos gustó mucho, esta a 1 calle de la estación Hospital General, caminamos de noche y hay movimiento en la zona, en la parte del hospital hay puestos callejeros así que puedes comer a todas horas. Llegamos antes de la hora de checkin y nos dejaron guardar nuestro automovil. Lo único que no nos agradó, fue que el internet estuvo fallando mucho en los celulares y en los dispositivos portatiles.

This hotel is falling apart and requires essential renovation. Nothing is in good condition. They reuse cards and ask you to return the TV remote, like a valuable that you may steal! On Google, this hotel is listed as a 5-star hotel, which is a joke! On booking.com, it comes up as a 4-star hotel, which is again clearly not accurate. It looks like a 2-star hotel at best.

Good location on edge of Roma Norte. great views of city from roof terrace. Well lit lobby. 24 hour desk. Staff to greet me each time I arrived back from an outing. No refrigerator and freezer in the room itself for keeping bottled water cold and for carry out food. Problems with TV never resolved.

Employees are very kind and professional. Nothing all was good.

It so close to the hospital that if you are a light sleeper it is hard to sleep with all the ambulance sirens going off, other than that it is a great place

near the metro, great staff, large quiet rooms, hot shower, fun restaurant scene nearby, treed streets to enjoy!

The people, everybody is very helpful and professional. The location is superb. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The food at the hotel is wonderful. Everything was good.

It semll like humidity

A bit noisy at night and can hear the showers when being used and noise from the other rooms. Beds were a bit hard.

Breakfast

Great location, on the edge of Roma district, close to local coffee shops, restaurants and bars. There is a metro station and metro bus station right outside, great for using public transportation. Shower is great, beds are comfort. Noise. We booked two rooms and required to have quite rooms face away from the busy street outside. One room is okey, sunny and quite. Another one is quite but very cold probably due to facing north/lack of sunlight. After complaining, we got switched to another room, which is bigger, fancier & warmer, but it faces busy & noisy street. General Hospital is close by, my friends complaining traffic noise and ambulance alarm during the night.

The staff were such a blessing. They protected us from being scammed and they protected me from the police. They also checked in with us every day about how we were doing and gave us great suggestions for what to do. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and I thought there was a bathtub in the rooms but i was misled.

No heat and very outdated hotel with no English speaking staff and very limited comfort

The usual, this is one of the hotel I regularly use. Clean, well located (metro is a block and half away and metrobús in front), parking secure and reliable. A good cost benefit. Nothing, delivers.

There was construction or some type of remodeling project on the floor above during our stay. So every morning we heard hammering.

The crew was really nice.
