It's a modest hotel but they take there job seriously. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Sometimes there is an odor coming into the room from other rooms or the vents. Maybe some automatic air sanitizers

It was good for the price you pay. Rooms were clean. You can rent a hair dryer with your ID. Shower and bed were nice. They cleaned the room everyday. It is near a lot of things in Roma Norte, so very walkable. No hotel restrooms to get ready if you couldn't check into your room. I got there at 12 PM and had to get ready in a gross restroom outside the hotel property. It was not comfortable.

Pillows are very uncomfortable, and the bed is very soft.

    Nice and quiet..

Interesting renovation, good design without any extras. It was a little too bare bones for us - no charm. Certainly didn’t have any Mexican characteristics. Area not very special. A fine bakery restaurant with high prices a couple of blocks away.

You can hear everything inside the hotel

    Clean friendly everything worked

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Very noisy at times. The doors aren’t sound proof so you can hear your neighbor’s music or talking, so it all depends on each persons’ willingness to keep it down.

The hotel was new and the facilities were nice. The staff was incredibly nice and responsive. I was placed on the first floor where anybody could just walk into the hotel. It did not feel safe at all. I would not suggest solo travelers to stay here. There were drain flies and mosquitos which bit me all night. It’s very cold at night with no heating options and very little bedding to keep you warm. The room I was in had windows facing the courtyard and the main window was blocked by the tv which was hung in front of it for some reason?? It was also really loud and hard to sleep as you could hear everything going on in the halls and lobby. Not the worst hotel in the world by far, and if you’re on an upper floor and with a partner it may be alright, but for me it was simply not worth it.

    Clean Small bed

The fact that there was no window to the outside in our room, paper thin walls that had us hearing people snoring and talking. Bring earplugs

This is a great budget hotel option. It was clean, safe, and looked like the pictures. The location was good with lots of restaurants in walking distance and near a subway. The hotel is REALLY loud. I could hear people coughing and talking in other rooms that were far down the hall. Doors closing were really loud and woke me up in the night. I'd recommend the hotel get new towels, they were a little dingy. There was also no where to put shampoo/soap except on the floor and no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom.

Seems recently renovated, facilities and furniture are new. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms. We requested room in the back away from the stairs. Great location, friendly staff Rooms were a bit small but not a deal breaker for us

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker or kettle ans cups, and coffee and tea bags for the morning.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Walls are not super soundproof. Also windows in my room faced the hallway.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

    WC was spilling water

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Near a big park with an off-leash dog area. The shower was great. You could hear everything in the rooms. The couple next door was talking until 2am and it was loud.
